What changes a quote
- Number of exchanges and self-custody wallets
- Line volume and how many years arrive at once
- Missing transfer records that need light reconstruction
- Whether packet assembly is included with classification
Deposits and scheduling
Desk sessions hold with a 30% deposit. The balance is due when the handoff packet (or session summary) is delivered. Remote sessions use the same schedule.
Cancelled bookings follow the refund policy. Materials you already purchased elsewhere (exchange API fees, accountant retainers) are outside our scope.
Desktop organizer
The organizer itself is listed on the Microsoft Store for personal classification at your own pace. Store pricing is set there; our desk fees above cover facilitated work only.
