This notice explains how we handle personal data when you use automationorches.digital or contact the classification desk.

Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, requested work, year coverage, message
  • Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site
  • Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see Cookies)

We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet mnemonics. Do not send them.

Purpose and basis

We use inquiry data to respond to classification requests, schedule sessions, and deliver handoff packets. Site logs help maintain security and diagnose faults. Where required, we rely on steps necessary to perform a requested engagement or on legitimate interests in operating the website, balanced against your rights.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Session working files are deleted or returned according to the engagement scope, typically within 90 days after handoff delivery unless you ask us to retain them.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong personal data law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and information about how it is used. Contact contact@automationorches.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

International transfers

If a processor outside Hong Kong assists with email or hosting, we take reasonable steps to keep data protected to a standard comparable to local expectations. Details of current processors are available on request.

Children

The site and services are directed at adults handling their own or their business’s crypto records. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates

We may revise this notice by posting changes here. Material changes will be reflected by an updated page date in site history where practical.
