By using this website or booking desk work with Automation Orches, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request sessions.

Services described

Pages describe desktop tax-lot organizing and related human-led classification support. Website pricing is informational only. A separate scope note confirms fees before paid work begins. We do not provide regulated legal or audit opinions unless expressly agreed in writing under a different engagement.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Automation Orches. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Your export files and lot notes remain yours; we process them only to deliver the booked work.

User responsibilities

You confirm that export files you provide are yours to share, and that information you submit through forms is accurate. You are responsible for decisions about lot methods and for your relationship with your own accountant.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Automation Orches is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or from classification choices you approve. Our aggregate liability for a booked engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related desk work.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
